At present, the company's legal status is that of a Joint Stock Company known under the corporate name "Omega Touristiki SA", founded on January 27,1970 (Government Gazette 34/70).
The Company's share capital amount to 704,328,69euros and is divided in 24,000 shares with nominal value of 29,35euros each share.
The company aiming
to find an investor RENTER for the renovation of the hotel Egosthenion and to sign a contract
for a rental period up to 20 years.The purposes of RENOVATION:
Is upgrading it to RETIREMENT RESORT with Medical Care, A RESORT (all year around) HOTEL / RETIREMENT HOME/ BEAUTY CENTER/ ATHLETIC
CENTER/MEDICAL CENTER ect. We are also aiming at a RENTER who already has a similar business as above, or dealing with the same business.
Increase of the number of beds so as to enhance the accommodation potential of the hotel area ,thu allowing EGOSTHENION to rank among the most worth visiting hotel Units operating in Attica (Athens).
Simultaneously, the Management must capitalize on the hotel's geographocal position (situated at the foot of Mount Kytheronas,1.300m altitude(20-25klm on asphalt raod to the top), 800m from the beach of Porto Germeno village(at Corinthian gulf), 10klm to the near town Villia-Attica ,30klm to one of the most well equipment Hospital in Athens "THRIASIO", 61klm from the center of Athens, 80klm(high way) from Athens aiport, 60klm from the port os Piraeus. With in area of 35,000-40,000m2 land.
